This Round Table aims to identify challenges and solutions within food and health and improve the network between partners in the area. The group meet to discuss how they with different perspectives can create more innovation.

The topic of the meeting on 11 December is understanding and communicating with the elderly consumer, realizing that if we are to market “everyday food” made better for elderly, improved in-between meal or create a general brand (“nøglehul-mærkning” for elderly) we need to work with both facts and feelings: The need to “feel alive” and vital, the resistance to new food stuff and how to break down resistance / use changes in society or in personal status as “gates for change”
