This Round Table focusses on what drying technologies are available for food entrepreneurs – which method to choose? What are the benefits and disadvantages by the different methods? How to access the machines and what are the numbers behind using a machine for drying food products?

We will find answers to the questions together with networking and discussion with the food entrepreneurs

The Round Table will be in Danish and is only for companies in the CPH Food project
