Danish Food Cluster presents, Masterclass on Personalized nutrition and health by Prof. Arne Astrup at University of Copenhagen.

Which diet is best for weight loss and diabetes prevention? Low-fat? Low-carb? High-protein?

The answer? It all depends on your metabolic type.

In collaboration with scientists from Boston, scientists from University of Copenhagen have discovered novel biomakers that easily identify which diet is the optimal one for you.

Join this Masterclass for two hours of deep insight into the present and future of the field of personalized nutrition.

The Masterclass is held at University of Copenhagen and hosted by Danish Food Cluster.

As a member of Danish Food Cluster, participation is free – for non-members the fee is 300 DKK ex. VAT.


For cancellations after August 13 the fee will not be refunded.

EFVF 2017 @ Ernst & Young

Organised by Europe Unlimited, the seventh edition of the European Food Venture Forum will take place on 30-31 August in Aarhus, Denmark. 
The role of entrepreneurs, industry and investors is essential to successful creation of a knowledge driven economy within the European food sector. The European Food Venture Forum will offer a unique platform for food high-growth companies, technology corporations, and international investors to exchange knowledge and build lasting business co-operations.
Some 30 companies from across Europe will be selected to present  at the Forum by members of the Selection Committee who will asses them on the basis of their business potential, technology merit, competitive position, investment interest and team experience.
The selected companies have the opportunity to present in front of an international audience at the upcoming European Food Venture Forum, where they will have the chance to meet active international investors and corporations seeking investment.

INCluSilver – Launch event @

The INCluSilver project aims to support collaboration for actors in different sectors to bring innovative ideas in the field of personalized nutrition for the silver population that have a great potential to reach the market.

As part of INCluSilver a budget of 2,8 mio € will be dedicated to SME’s as funding for innovation activities. These vouchers will be allocated to SMEs through INCluSilver to benefit a range of 50-170 SMEs.

On August 31, in the lunch break at, we will organize a short introduction to the project and the opportunities for Danish companies.

The Innovation Vouchers will be divided into three groups, to help companies at different stages in their innovative activities. The Innovation Vouchers will support activities within; Maturation of ideas and projects, Scalability and internationalization, Demonstration, Transfer of technology, Feasibility analysis, IPR.
As a company you can get between 3.000 € up to a maximum of 60.000 € in financial support.

Succeed in retail – Bilka Innovation @ Dansk Supermarked

Bilka Innovation has been in five Bilka stores and now it is time to learn from the experiences both from a retail perspective but also from a food producers perspective.
